Configure integrations for Grafana Incident

Grafana Incident integrates with your existing tools to increase visibility and improve collaboration during incident response. With these integrations, you can:

Automate administrative tasks
Configure time-saving actions
Link to relevant documents and issues

Install and manage integrations

Grafana Cloud Admins can install and manage integrations in the Integrations tab of Grafana Incident.

Follow the instructions in your browser to install an integration, or refer to the documentation of the specific integration.

Updating and remove an installed integration

From Grafana Incident, click to select an integration and reveal the same instructions used to installed the integration. This is also where you can configure any available actions to automate steps of your incident response process.

To remove an installed integration, click Uninstall. In the Uninstall tab, click Yes, Uninstall to remove the integration from Grafana Incident.
